Microsoft 365 Support Offer for Thurrock Businesses – Limited places
Each session will provide tailored, hands-on support focused on improving use of Microsoft 365 tools.
Support areas include:
• Microsoft Teams: meetings, channels, file sharing
• Outlook: inbox management, calendars, rules
• OneDrive and SharePoint: file storage and collaboration
• Excel: core functions and basic data handling
• Word and PowerPoint: efficient document creation and editing
Sessions will be outcome-focused, aiming to resolve a specific issue or improve a defined process within the 50-minute timeframe.
All sessions will be remote and you will be asked to share your screen to get the best out of this experience.
In addition, you will need to answer some questions prior to your dedicated coaching session so that it can be tailored to your needs. This will be to assess what support you need and which area of Microsoft365 you need help in. These coaching sessions are designed to support those who require basic or intermediate skills and do not cover all topics or replace full training. They can however work with you on a live issue to help you find the answers and a workable solution or raise your knowledge to be confident particularly when working with others!

We then get in touch with a short questionnaire and may even have a short call to understand what you are wanting help with
You will then be offered several mutually agreeable timeslots for your coaching session.
When the coaching session happens, we ask you can be fully present with no interruptions – this will maximise your experience. We will ask you to share your screen and if something is quite complex or specific some data (don’t worry we will ask and also check with you regarding privacy). We also need to know if you require any additional support.
This is part funded by Thurrock Council via the UK Shared Prosperity Funding. They are funding 80% of each session which is normally £50 plus VAT, you are asked to contribute £10+VAT (£12)
This payment is non-refundable and the funding only applies to Thurrock registered SME’s (Small Medium Enterprises that employ <250 people). SEATS will share your basic registration data with Thurrock Council as part of this funding. We will also share the product support choice and level assisted with.
