The Future of Warehouse Leadership Starts Here

A nationally recognised qualification is coming to Thurrock

Warehousing has changed dramatically over the last decade. Automation, AI, tighter compliance requirements, sustainability and increasing customer expectations mean today’s warehouse managers need more than operational experience – they need professional leadership skills.

SEATS is delighted to bring the Warehouse Manager Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) to Thurrock.

Developed by the UK Warehousing Association (UKWA) and accredited by the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport (CILT UK), this brand-new qualification is set to become the recognised professional standard for warehouse managers, equivalent in status to the well-established Transport Manager CPC.

Designed to align with a Level 3 supervisory standard, the qualification provides practical knowledge, recognised accreditation and the confidence to lead modern warehouse operations.
