Action Hour: The Creative Leader UK-USA Special

A live UK–USA webinar for leaders who want better thinking, better ideas and better results

Creativity isn’t something you either have or don’t.

It’s something you can build.

In this fully funded 50-minute session, we bring together a transatlantic leadership perspective to explore how creativity can become a practical, everyday leadership tool — not a one-off moment of inspiration.

Hosted by Steven Mumaw (USA) and Keeley Clements (UK), this session blends insight, conversation and live interaction to help leaders think differently and act with more intention.

What to expect

  • A fresh perspective on creativity in leadership
  • Practical ideas you can use immediately
  • A live, interactive creative exercise
  • Insight from both UK and US leadership approaches
  • A short, focused session designed for busy professionals

Who should attend

  • Leaders and managers
  • Anyone responsible for teams, ideas or decision-making
  • Organisations looking to improve focus, innovation and performance

Why attend

If your team feels stuck, overwhelmed or short on ideas — this session will give you a new way to think, lead and create momentum.

Meet the Host: Stefan Mumaw

At 6’8”, Stefan Mumaw is hard to miss — and not just because of his height. Alongside his towering presence is a big heart, a deep curiosity about creativity and human behaviour, and a lifelong passion for storytelling.

Stefan is the Director of Narrative Strategy at First Person, a San Francisco-based story and experience design studio, where he helps organisations communicate with clarity, creativity and impact.

With a career spanning roles as Creative Director at Hint, Callahan Creek and Brainyard, Stefan brings both creative depth and real-world experience to his work. He is also the author of six books, including Creative Boot Camp: Generate Ideas in Greater Quantity & Quality in 30 Days, alongside titles such as Chasing the Monster Idea and the Caffeine for the Creative series.

A sought-after speaker, Stefan regularly delivers sessions at international conferences and runs workshops for corporate teams, helping leaders and organisations unlock better thinking, stronger ideas and more effective storytelling. His work has been featured in publications including HOW and PRINT Magazine, and he has created content for platforms such as LinkedIn Learning and CreativeLive.

Known for his energy, humour and ability to make creativity practical and accessible, Stefan brings both insight and personality to every session — and, on occasion, isn’t afraid to embarrass himself (and others) in the process.
