SEATS is delighted to announce a new and valued partnership with Chelmsford College, reinforcing our commitment to fostering skills, training and apprenticeships. We are especially pleased to have already placed a Level 5 HR apprentice, marking the beginning of what promises to be a highly successful collaboration.
Chelmsford College, which operates across two campuses - Moulsham Street and Princes Road - offers a wide range of qualifications, apprenticeships, vocational courses and adult learning programmes. With a diverse selection of courses designed to help students progress professionally, the college plays a vital role in developing the next generation of skilled workers.
This partnership represents a significant step in bridging the gap between education and industry, ensuring students have access to high-quality training and real-world experience. SEATS is committed to working closely with Chelmsford College and supporting local employers in sourcing meaningful learning opportunities for their staff.
Liz Storey, Managing Director at SEATS, said: “We are extremely proud of this partnership and look forward to developing and growing our relationship. We work hard to ensure we use local providers for local businesses. This collaboration allows us to strengthen our presence in Essex and beyond, creating more opportunities for both employers and learners. The successful placement of our first Level 5 HR apprentice is a fantastic achievement and we are excited to build on this momentum.”
Sarah Hamilton, Executive Director of Innovation and Partnerships added: “We are delighted to partner with such an innovative organisation, which is providing a crucial link between education and local businesses. We are excited to have our first Level 5 HR Apprentice, and we look forward to growing this provision with the support of a likeminded organisation.”
