This course includes:

  • A Sustainable Procurement Matrix  (Hands-on exercise will be provided).
  • A Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) framework (Hands-on exercise will be provided).
  • We will introduce a four-step implementation process recommended by ISO 20400
    Sustainable Procurement Good Practice Guide.

Hylands House
The event, the first of its kind for Essex, will bring together Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors with the region’s best in class main contractors, specialist sub-contractors, Contech developers and suppliers at Hylands House in Chelmsford.
