When I enrolled on the Level 5 Operations Manager Apprenticeship with SEATS and Get Set, I knew I wanted to grow my leadership capability, but I didn’t expect the experience to shape my confidence, career progression and network quite as deeply as it has.

Through the programme, I also discovered the value of mentoring and coaching. SEATS encouraged us to step outside of our comfort zones, and because of that, I reached out to someone I had admired professionally but never worked with. They became a mentor and a champion for me, offering guidance that helped me navigate challenges that otherwise would have felt overwhelming.
