I chose this apprenticeship because lifelong learning is so important as an adult. Management skills are fundamental to success and while I’ve been a manager in previous roles and organisations, I haven’t yet had that opportunity with my current employer. This course is helping me build the skills, knowledge and methodologies I need to become a truly effective manager – and bring that aspiration to life.
