Welcome to Wellness Wednesday: Working Well Masterclass Series – look after yourself or your staff. Open to everyone

This is an opportunity to attend a series of masterclasses that translate workplace psychology into actionable practices. Each session offers evidence informed tools to manage stress, attention, energy and mental load, helping people work more effectively and sustainably without adding extra pressure.

April – Attention, Priorities and Flow

Looks at the psychology of focus and how constant interruptions undermine productivity and wellbeing. Participants explore practical ways to structure work, manage priorities and create pockets of deep focus that feel achievable in a busy day.

May – Mental Load and Everyday Resilience

Examines how cognitive overload and decision fatigue affect thinking, mood and problem solving. Participants practise mental offloading, boundary setting and small routines that protect clarity and reduce mental strain.

June – Embedding Sustainable Work Habits

Focusses on behaviour change and habit formation to make wellbeing practices stick. Participants create personalised strategies to maintain energy, focus and mental balance long term, integrating learning from the previous sessions into their daily routines.
