Meet the speaker: Debbie Burns
Debbie has worked on several Ingeus contracts for more than seven years and is now thriving in her role supporting small and medium-sized enterprises through Able Futures. Over the past two years, she has become a passionate advocate for the service, helping employers understand how to access practical, confidential mental health support for their teams.
Her commitment is also personal. Drawing on her own mental health journey, Debbie understands that there is no single solution that works for everyone and that timing matters. That perspective shapes the way she supports employers and individuals to access help early, without unnecessary barriers
