Action Hour: Mental Health Awareness Week

Join SEATS on the first day of Mental Health Awareness Week for a special fully funded Action Hour webinar with Debbie Burns from Able Futures.
This practical online session is designed to help employers, employees and partners better understand the mental health support available through the Access to Work Mental Health Support Service — and how organisations can create stronger wellbeing cultures.
Why attend?
Mental wellbeing matters in every workplace. This session will introduce a valuable source of confidential, no-cost support and show how employers can help staff access help earlier, without long waits or GP referrals.
