Leading Operational Performance is a practical half-day workshop designed to help managers strengthen day-to-day delivery, improve consistency and keep their teams focused on the things that make the biggest difference. 

The session will help managers look beyond simply getting through the workload and consider how they can lead their operation more effectively.
