A monthly lunch-and-learn to help you work well, feel well and stay well.

Modern work is fast, demanding and often overwhelming — and many people are feeling the pressure.
That’s why we created Wellness Wednesday: Working Well, a six-month masterclass series that blends workplace psychology with simple, evidence-informed tools you can use right away.
